To help you feel more connected to nature and boost your wellbeing along the way.
Our story
Nature mindfulness meditations doesn't always need to be outside, picking up a leaf inspired me to paint.
I grew up running around the valley, building dens in the woods, cooking over open fires, and dreaming up stories about the places we explored and the wild, imaginary characters that lived there. I’d spend the whole day outside, walking for miles, until my mum called me home for tea. But then life threw a curveball—after a medical emergency, losing my mobility, and dealing with an unhelpful partner, getting out into nature felt impossible.
Fast forward 30 years, and my GP’s social prescriber referred me to a nature group. Suddenly, I had a way back to the outdoors, and wow, it changed everything. My anxiety disappeared, and I rediscovered my love for being in nature. I felt calmer, happier, and even made some great new friends along the way.
After finding my own peace, I dove into mindfulness training to help others reconnect with the calm and beauty of nature.
I’m Max (short for Maxine), and I’ll be guiding your sessions – can’t wait to hang out with you!
